C25K Day 4 and Leftovers

Good evening peeps! Today was a beautiful Thursday :-) I had some left over pizza for lunch:

(Same pic as yesterday ... cuz I had the same thing/ amount). I am pretty sure I will be having this again for lunch tomorrow - LOVE it!

For dinner I defrosted the leftover Curried Chicken/ Wild Rice soup that I made a few days ago, and had one bowl:


As well as about 1/2 cup of cottage cheese with pepper sprinkled on:


After dinner I went for a 60 minute therapeutic massage ... ahhhhhh. It almost put me to sleep :-) But instead of sleeping I came home and did the 4th training session for the C25K program. Today was the first day that the run was increased, and I actually found it easier than the last 3 times! Crazy hey! I am not sure if it is because my cardio is improving, or because it was in the evening and dark/ cool out, or what ... but I will take it! Yipeeeeeeee!

I came home from my great run/ walk and felt haaaannnngry! I made something I haven't had in years probably - Nachos with cheese! I put about 8 or 10 organic taco chips on a place and then sprinkled a little bit of cheese on top and nuked for 45 seconds. Then I cut up some fresh/ organic tomatoes from my MIL's plant and mixed them with my love, cilantro. I dumped the tomato/ cilantro on top, and it was probably the best snack ever. Just sayin.


Tomatoes are my favourite "fruit" - what is yours?

Way to go - I'm glad to hear you somewhat enjoyed the training this time! That's great! The pizza looks great - I always love leftovers!

My favorite fruit is blueberries! YUM!

The nachos look so yummy and fresh!
I love all fruit, but if I had to pick favorites, it would probably be avocados (which I think are also technically a fruit!), peaches, and apples!

Apples are my fav fruit and I eat one almost everday (keeps the dr away)
