No More Po Boys!!

You might think that after a week of eating (seemingly) nothing but po boys, we'd be rolling our pudgy selves off the plane, groaning, "Nooo more po boys."  Think again.


Within four hours of being home we had already gone to the grocery store, and were making po boys for dinner.  Seriously

 
 

We made shrimp po boys using the recipe I posted here.

 

We might need an intervention.
Just kidding.  Don't touch our po boys.  I'll cut you.

Those look delish!

I'm hooked on "Thin Mint" smoothies, a green monster-type smoothie with milk, spinach, chocolate protein powder, oats, and peppermint extract. Not quite in the same category as those po boys, though!

Yum! Those look delicious!! A food that I am totally hooked on is probably macarons. I don't have them all that often, but I was having them weekly for awhile there before my move. And my 3-month macaron of the month subscription that my friends gave me as a going away present starts next week! Hurrah!
