Superbowl Snacks

Neither of us is big on watching sports on TV ... but we are big on snacks.  The Superbowl is a great excuse to cook up some tasty treats.

Last night we made chicken tenders:

A cream cheese, chili, and shredded cheese dip (baked until bubbly):

And potato skins (loaded with sauerkraut, bacon, cheese, green onions, and hot sauce), dipped in sour cream:

To drink, we had a fresh juice, made with pineapple, beet and apple.

Did you watch the game?  Did you have snacks?

Yum! Your superbowl snacks look awesome. And that juice sounds SO good! I love anything with beet juice in it!

I went to a restaurant to watch the first half with friends but had a greek salad instead of aps as it's tough to find aps that are gluten free unfortunately. I watched the first 3 quarters but then had to stop because it was so awkward to watch Denver just croak.

We are a tv-free household, too, but I still made tons of snacks and pizza! That's the best part. Plus, I hear the game wasn't that great. My snacks sure were, though! Your snacks look great, too!
