A Day of Relaxing

Today I am taking the day to relax, and pretty much do nothing!

For breakfast this morning I had some oats (1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup oats, almond butter, chia seeds, sprinkle of chocolate chips):

Lunch was Anne's Organic Mac and Cheese:

This afternoon I had a snack:

(A pear and a babybel cheese)

This evening I am going out for a belated b-day celebration with friends!
I am off to get dressed up - stilettos and all!

I am looking forward to good eats and good times!

OMG I love that mac and cheese! It's so good! I've never had chia seeds without soaking them first... are they crunchy?
