Five on Friday

1) Yesterday I had an awesome day with Christopher's sister Vicki.  We went for breakfast to Fresh & Sweet, ran a few errands and visited with some bubbly in the backyard.

2) I used to make my green smoothies with spinach, but I'm totally loving kale these days (4 large kale leaves, 1/2 large frozen banana, about 1 cup chocolate coconut water).

3) I went to take a bite out of my egg bagel sandwich this morning, and this happened:

Darn runny eggs (but they taste so good)!

4) I have a lot of cleaning/purging/organizing plans for the summer around the house.  Today was just a clean house/laundry day.  All sparkly clean!

5) I'm looking forward to seeing Alice in Chains in concert tomorrow!

What do you have planned for the weekend?  Do you have any summer cleaning/organizing projects on your to-do list?

We seem to planning to be away from home for most of the weekends this summer, so I don't think a lot of organizing will get done, although I am toying with the idea of hiring a professional organizer because the clutter in our house is getting out of control. 4 years of dental school plus kids sure does lead to stuff piling up!

I love runny eggs, too! Even though they are a messy eating hazard. ;)

I spent the weekend visiting a friend in the DC area and had a blast!

I did the bulk of my cleaning/organizing in the Spring, but there are a couple of closets that could use another once over...
I'm loving kale in smoothies too!!

Hanging out with Chris's sister, aww. :) That's awesome. Is the chocolate coconut water good? I've seen it at stores but have been slightly weirded out by it. Also you have a gorgeous place, dude!

@ Allysia - yeah, the chocolate coconut water is really good in smoothies (It only has cocoa in it, nothing weird, and I put cocoa in my smoothies usually anyway). I haven't tried it on its own at all. And thanks for the compliment on my place! You're sweet!!
