
This morning I was up early, and had to be at a meeting by 9:00. I grabbed breakfast on the run, but still tried to find a healthy option by going to Subway. I ordered a 6 inch whole wheat ham and egg sub with tomato, cheese, banana peppers, and a tiny bit of light mayo.

I am making lunch right now, and was trying to use the microwave ... but it died on me :-( I don't know if I blew a breaker, or if it is broken. I will wait until hubby gets home and let him have a look at it, because I have better things to do :-) Hehe.

Yum! Ham and egg sub from subway- never tried it but it looks really tasty! Will remember that for next time...
