Husband left me waffle batter in the fridge!

For breakfast this morning I had a waffle topped with source vanilla yogurt and ground flax seed. And a coffee of course :-)

I went to a meeting, and then did a bit of shopping and got some new pajamas and a few other things. For lunch I made a healthy salad with mixed beans tossed in:

And half of a raw organic bar:

I am looking to change my hair color ... any suggestions? I am going on Thursday :-)
