Ukrainian, Thai, Thai, and Korean

Recently our eats have been fantastic.  We've had Ukrainian food:

A giant homemade perogy with homemade cabbage rolls, loaded!

We had Thai food twice, with fresh rolls, a noodle dish and a veggie dish the first time (Viet Thai):

And a super roll (fresh roll stuffed with a spring roll), naam sot, and roummit the second time (Keo's Kitchen):

Then came the Korean food (Seoul):

How was your weekend?
Did you eat anything memorable over the weekend?

My weekend was pretty low key and as is usually the case when I am in Charlotte, I did not eat out at all. But I did make spinach and butternut squash lasagna rolls which turned out really good!

I didn't eat anything memorable this weekend but I did eat almost an entire pan of roasted broccoli. I couldn't stop myself! lol
