Fun Weekend!

The weekend started out with some high impact wrestling at the Hungarian Club.

The boys crafted some signs before we left:

This isn't something we normally do on a Friday night, but we had a great time!  It was hilarious!  We were out pretty late, so we slept in a bit on Saturday, before Christopher had his best round ever of indoor golf.

This was followed by lunch at the new Taco Del Mar.  We both had a fish burrito, prepared similarly to how we make them (but not quite as good):

We then ran errands before coming home to get a turkey in the oven.

Turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, carrots & parsnips, and meatballs:

This was a lot of food for two people, but our plan is to have leftovers for the week.  We started a turkey stock on Sunday morning while preparing breakfast, and it simmered all day.

How was your weekend?
What did you do?  What did you eat?

I've never had the fish burrito at Taco Del Mar. I might have to try it sometime soon, I love Taco Del Mar and I love fish burritos! Haha

Yum, the turkey dinner sounds really good. As does the fish burrito. I had some fish tacos this weekend at a place that was on DDD and they were SO good!

I spent the weekend in Charleston which was so much fun. It was restaurant week so we really lucked out as we ate at some great places for a great price.
