Eats this Week

On Wednesday evening we had simple tacos for supper:


On Thursday evening I had a lot of work to do to prepare for a big presentation on Friday, so Christopher made dinner.  He made one of our favourite dishes, shanghai noodles with pork, using this recipe.


It's best topped with a lot of sriracha.


On Friday morning I was up bright and early, and had a big breakfast to get me ready for a big day (more on that later).


We have a pretty nice long weekend planned, including a couple celebrations!

Was at the Gold plate event last night in Saskatoon and celebrated the GOLD with Trevor Robertson and his team. All of us at SilverBirch Hotels & Resorts are very proud of the work that this team does each and everyday at the radisson Saskatoon. Next years we'll be looking at having our DoubleTree By Hilton Regina team in the competition.
