Good morning! Today I am off to another workshop (*read* no kids for me today). I will be there today and tomorrow - so lunch will be whatever is catered.

For breakfast this morning I had ... you guessed it a Green Monster! Oh you know me so well :-) and then 1/2 a bagel with some light cream cheese.

The green monster contained 3 handfuls spinach, 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond breeze, 1 banana, 1 scoop chia seeds. I know I post the green monster recipe every time I drink one - but sometimes I add different things to them, and new readers might not know what a GM is! Also, GMs are HUGE in the blogging world, and everyone makes them a little differently. What do you put in your GM?





This evening I will be trying the the 1st of 10 new vegetarian recipes! Stay tuned!

Can't wait to see what recipes you will be making. As a new vegetarian I'm interested in new recipes to try. A bagel sounds so good right now.

i put 1-2 T of flax in mine, and berries... my fiance only likes bananas on their own (or in banana bread) so we do them banana-less... but i haven't made one in forever!
