Christmas Eve

This morning we made gingerbread granola with the gingerbread spice that I had made a while back.

We used the granola in festive yogurt parfaits.

The rest of the day was spent watching Christmas shows and eating snacks ...

I also made my mom's cinnamon bun recipe.

We're ready for you Santa!

Yum, those rolls look so good! I was going to make GF cinnamon rolls with my mom when we are there for NYE weekend but now we can't since I have gestational diabetes and really have to watch my carb intake. Womp womp.

Christmas Eve day was pretty low key for us as we lazed around the house at my MIL's. We went to church at 4 and then went over to Phil's cousin's house. It was fun to see his extended family.
