In other news, I thought spring was here, but I woke up to this:
Gross. Thankfully, my bags are packed, and we're headed to soak up some tropical sun very soon.
We shared a giant omelet for dinner this evening (we were trying to get rid of the eggs, mushrooms, and other veggies in the fridge).
Fun times are ahead - holidays start tomorrow around 4:00!!

I hope that you guys are having a wonderful trip to Mexico! That sucks that you got snow - unreal. Some of my friends in Minneapolis got 10-14" on Wednesday which is just nuts! My Wednesday was great as it was the day I got a job offer for a position in Minneapolis. :)
