We browned some ground beef with onions and red pepper:
Then spread re-fried beans, sour cream, and salsa on tortillas, topping that with the meat, some cheese, black olives, cilantro and avocado.
Then we threw some pickled jalapenos on for good measure:
Dear burritos, why you gotta be so good?
When is the last time you had a burrito?
Why aren't you eating a burrito right now?

Yum, those do look good! They don't make corn tortillas large enough to make a burrito so I haven't had one in a long time. But even before I knew about my gluten intolerance, I'd usually opt for a burrito bowl over an actual burrito because they tend to be SO messy to eat and I don't like the feeling of my hands being dirty... strange I know. I feel the same way about tacos, too, so will often opt for a taco salad over an actual taco...
