Lunch was 2 slices of veggie pizza (leftover from last night), an orange, and 1 handful of crispy mini's. I also had a small brownie.
Dinner was a vegetarian wrap with sweet potatoes, kidney beans, spices and cheese. This meal is FANTASTIC! If you haven't tried them yet, you must! The recipe is here.

OMG chicka, you use a ton of hot sauce! Doesn't that burn your mouth?
Mmmm.. the loaf looks yummy.
I think I have to agree with you on favs - lemon is great.
oh my gosh, that looks great! I do always love banana bread!
I love a good cinnamon coffee cake loaf.
Mmm...lemon poppy is yum but I can't say no to my dear pumpkin loaf! I wanna win that contest now!!
yum!! Thar looks so good. I love any bread with banana or coconut. Seriously, Im slightly obsessed with those two!
I'm just like you with the hot sauce. Unless I'm sweating, it's not a good egg omelet!
I don't know how I missed the loaf category, but I have to go with banana bread if that counts and I love anything lemon or coffee flavored.
That bread looks amazing! My favorite would either be banana nut or cranberry orange.
good job on the loaf!!! WOW! i love how when i make loafs they brak apart at the top center.. kind of fun huh!
i love chocolate chip zuchinni or carrot walnut.. or chocoalte banana... oh wait i have to add cinnamon raisin too :) <3
This looks great! Anything with chocolate and banana is wonderful in my book. :)
Also, I've tried sweet potatoes with black beans and baked beans, but not with kidney beans yet! I'll have to get on that!
I love green tea loaf! Or banana loaf! Or cream cheese loaf!
And girl, you really dash on the hot sauce! Love that! :D
That looks incredible! Pumpkin bread is definitely my favorite!
The wrap certainly sounds good to me. Have 2 sweet potatoes here and haven't tried them yet....had them for 3-4 months!
