Dinner was one of our favourite Korean meals, dak galbi.
And for dessert ... homemade banana cream pie.

Yesterday afternoon we drove out of town about 40 minutes to ...
Meet our new niece!! Christopher's sister and brother-in-law, Victoria and William had a little girl on Friday. Elizabeth is absolutely gorgeous - when she opened her eyes and looked up at us, our hearts just melted.

I recently made banana cream pie but yours looks way better! Mine did not 'set'. I don't know what I did wrong! But it tasted great which is all that really matters I guess!
Congrats on being an auntie again. Your niece is beautiful!!!!!
My week has been super busy but a good week all in all. I'm so ready for the weekend, though!
