Fried Chicken Sandwiches

Continuing with our southern meals last weekend, we also had fried chicken sandwiches.  We used soft kaiser buns, a Cajun spiced mayonnaise, lettuce and tomato, and fried chicken made using this recipe.


Watch out KFC - you ain't got nothing on us!
