We've been on a sandwich kick lately.  We made fish sandwiches with shredded cabbage, a sweet and spicy sauce, and onion.  

On the side we had raw veggies and zucchini fries.

We made a Japanese pork sandwich with soy/ginger marinated pork, wasabi mayo and seaweed.

A kale, tomato grilled cheese with monterey jack and havarti cheeses:

Last night we made a unique sandwich ... stay tuned!

I actually did eat a couple of tuna sandwiches last week as I had some GF bread in my fridge that I wanted to use up before it started to dry out. Your sandwiches look delicious, mine was very plain!

What a great tasty(ing) sandwich! I suspect you were at the fish store this morning...nothing like fresh.......

That fish sandwich looks delicious! Makes me wish I had the skills to make something like that. :)
