Grey Cup Sunday

The biggest sporting event in Saskatchewan's history is today.  The Saskatchewan Roughriders (CFL) are playing in the Grey Cup, and we are hosting it right here in Regina.  It's a pretty big deal, and the city has been hopping all week.  Last night we headed out to the German Club because Christopher's band was playing a pre Grey Cup show with a couple of other bands.

This morning Christopher made a delicious breakfast including buttermilk pancakes, bacon, and waffle iron hash browns.

We plan on snacking throughout the game and have started already:

How was your weekend everyone?
Canadian friends, what are you doing for the game?

Yum, waffle maker hashbrowns sound awesome!

My weekend has been fairly low key. I had lunch with some friends yesterday and went to a holiday party last night, but that was the extent of my social plans.
