H

appy Saint Patrick's Day!!

I had to start my day with a GREEN monster of course.
(1 cup unsweetened almond breeze, 3 cups spinach, 1 pack amazing grass, 1 scoop power twister powder, 1 T almond butter, 1/2 banana).

Lunch was not very Irish. I had a slice of pepperoni pizza at Costco because I was picking up some cookies to share with the staff at work. I also had 1 cookie.

After work I met up with some friends at a Local Irish pub called O'Hanlon's. I had 2 Guinness and for dinner I ate Irish Onion Soup and Boxty (Irish Potato Pancakes):

That Irish Onion Soup looks suspiciously like French Onion Soup. What's the difference?

Mmm delicious onion soup- the melty cheese is the best part!
And I did celebrate with a corned beef and cabbage dinner and a guinness float. It was glorious!
Have a great day!

I wore a green necklace. It was a busy day so didn't get to celebrate too much. Your Irish dinner looks awesome though!

I went to the local Irish Club and had one Guinness...which makes me feel rather virtuous as usually I would have a wee bit more than that.
