We started with the veggie poutine.
The olives and pickled hot peppers really added to this fantastic dish.
Christopher ordered the ahi tuna curry, which had crispy tofu and coconut basmati rice along with the curried vegetables. The tuna was absolutely perfect.
I had a hard time ordering because I am pretty much obsessed with the spaetzle, and never want to order anything but that. I decided to try something new for a change and ordered the ramen.
The pork belly on top was spot on. Seriously amazing. The broth was extremely satisfying, and it was loaded with noodles and veggies, as well as a cured, soft-boiled egg.
We don't usually order dessert, but the butterscotch pana cotta caught our attention. It wasn't too sweet, which I really enjoyed.
We love Flip, and this was a great start to our fabulous weekend!
How was your weekend? What did you do? Did you go to any restaurants this weekend? If you live in town, have you been to Flip?

Yum, that meal looks and sounds amazing! That was thoughtful of your coworkers to get you a gift card for there.
My weekend was awesome! It was just too short - but they always are! We got Chipotle on Friday as I was too tired from my 7+ hour drive in the car for a work trip to think of making dinner. I ate out twice on Saturday as I had brunch in the morning at a friend's baby shower and then dinner w/ some of the girls from the shower that evening. Yesterday I was craving curry so I made coconut chicken curry in the crockpot which turned out really good!
I love Flip and share your sentiments about the spaetzle. Good to know of a few new options I should try.
