Nights on the Town

Last week we had two consecutive weeknights on the town, which is quite a rare occurrence.  On Wednesday evening we ate at Thai Basil.  This restaurant is fantastic!

I especially loved the tofu coconut soup:

We shared the soup to start, and then had chicken green curry, and a noodle dish:

The leftovers were great for lunch the next day.

Thursday evening we headed to Bushwakker for dinner with friends.  Donny tried to eat Christopher's food:

He does things like that.

I ordered the beef dip and salad ... doesn't look like a salad, but I didn't complain (they have yummy fries):

After dinner we watched Donny's band The Fortunate Isles own the stage at The Wolf Rocks competition.

Do you go out much during the week?
What is the last restaurant you ate at?
(Usually our weeknights are spent cooking, eating, and going to sleep early)

Yum, those fries do look good so I probably wouldn't have complained and would have taken it as a sign that I should eat fries, not a salad. ;)

I rarely eat out during the week unless it's for business. The last restaurant I ate at was the restaurant in the Ritz when I was in Orlando for work last week. The food was good but he dinner lasted over 3 hours... waaaaayyy too long of a dinner for my liking!
