And our take on a cobb salad:
The cobb salad included radish, cheese, egg, bacon, green onion, and tomato. The dressing was homemade with some olive oil, red wine vinegar, grainy mustard, and garlic.
On the side we had sweet potato rounds topped with a piri piri spice mixture, and Parmesan cheese.

I LOVE salads. My favorites are probably cobb salads as I like all the different toppings but in general I pretty much love all salads!
