Evening peeps! Thanks for the ideas for the extra room at my house. We will be considering all options and I will let you all know when we decide on one :-)

Breakfast this morning featured POM arils and Vanilla Stevia from NuNaturals (thanks again to Ron for sending me some products to try):

I also threw some coconut and a tsp of chocolate chips on top.

Lunch was leftover meatloaf and sweet potatoes. Kat asked how I make the meatloaf ... it is just ground pork, lean ground beef, garlic, onion, pepper, a squirt of mustard, and a squirt of ketchup, couples dashes of worcestershire, cracker crumbs, and I think that's it. I don't measure any of it, I just toss it in.

After work I did some grocery shopping and then picked up dinner from "Wok Box."

I had the red chicken curry. It was mediocre.

I also had a glass of milk to calm the spiciness.

I am wiped - long day. Gone to relax on the couch with the hubby!

This evening I did some baking!!! I made shortbread and chocolate mountains!! (Pics tomorrow).

Do you do any Christmas baking?

I'm definitely gonna do some Christmas baking! I've missed baking. It's hard to bake in college...I'm too cheap to buy all the equipment when all of mine are at home!

What are you gonna bake next time?

I loveeee christmas baking. I might make something tonight causes I bought some cookie dough for a charity thing for a local schoool. EASY way out but it helped the fundraiser! :)

So sad the dinner was only okay - it looks delicious! YES! I bake for a few work/ community events and love it!

Mmmm your oats look wonderful.
I don't do any baking at Christmas. My Mum makes her own mince pies and my Gran makes a Christmas cake. For us Christmas is more focused on the Turkey dinner.

Last year me and Eric spent OVER 7 hours baking all our Christmas goodies and he was up until 3:00 am icing sugar cookies. OY! Needless to say, we WILL be baking again this year but not nearly as much stuff! Haha

If I have time, I do pretty much all of the Christmas baking in my family. I usually make a chestnut spread and chocolate icecream Christmas log, gingerbread cookies, and this year I'm "baking" something as a gift for friends :)

Your breakfast looks so festive and pretty :) I usually do baking at Christmas time, but I haven't started yet!

I am making about a million peanut butter cups today! haha.. mini ones though!

Is there anything that you like at Wok Box? Because we have 3 different ones, and I didn't like any of them :( Such a disappointment, I was really looking forward to it.

I love the star in your oatmeal- so pretty!

I'm a pretty crappy baker, so I don't know if I'll be attempting anything but cupcakes!
