Can you believe it???? Check out the "feels like"! Yikes!!

Yesterday was a very busy Saturday.

I slept in a little bit and then ate a couple of these guys:

My dad and I had some Christmas stuff to attend to, so he took me out for lunch to a place called Rock Creek. I had an Asian chicken and noodle bowl.

After lunch I went for a 90 minute massage, then I came home and made some spiced nuts, and caramel corn.

We cleaned the house and got ready for my work Christmas party!

Dinner was at a Greek restaurant.

The hubby and I shared some crazy flaming cheese for an appetizer, and I had two little pieces of bread.

I also had a Caesar salad:

And Greek ribs with a baked potato:

Throughout the night I had a couple glasses of wine, and a couple beer.

I also snacked on a few nuts and popcorn twists.

And a truffle:

And a chocolate mountain:

We ended up staying up until about 2:30!

This morning my dad took the family out for breakfast to Smitty's.

I had about 3/4 of this plate:

I drank some coffee and OJ:

Wow - 3 restaurant meals in a row! I am looking forward to some home cooking this week :-) This is also the last full week of work before I am on holidays. Next week I only work 2 days and then the hubby and I are both off for 2 weeks!

Tonight we are going to the hubby's parents for Sunday dinner and his aunt's b-day. We are bringing the cake.

Off to make a gingerbread house with the nephew!!

Do you get any time off around Christmas?

Holy $#%% all that food looks mouth watering. First of all I love greek and asian food. And my weakness is always getting appetizers! We need to hang out if I ever go to Canada. :P

Oh, I love a nice big greasy Smitty's breakfast:) I haven't had one in about a year (just like those S and P Kettle Chips you showed before...I have cut out a lot of things since I am trying to keep my weight down this past year). But oh that looks good!
And I am so sick of this deep freeze too. Why is it always so freakin' cold the couple weeks right before Christmas when you want to get out and get things done???

Sounds like a fun time! A few weeks ago at a greek place we also had a flaming cheese plate to start :D IT was brandy soaked cheese and they flambed it infront of us...so fun and so delicious hehe.

Can't believe the brutal temps over there...I mean, it's cold here...but it's FREEZING there! Take care!

Yup, that temperature looks about right. It was -40 all day in FSJ, even with the bright, bright sun shining. Brrr!

I am on Christmas holidays right now and I'm LOVING IT. I am indulging a little bit too much though!
