I picked up some delicious goodies while in NY and cracked into them recently. The first was Trader Joe's Cookie Butter.
This stuff tastes exactly like a gingerbread cookie, and it is spectacular stirred into oatmeal.
I also fell in love with "The Filling Station", which is a store in Chelsea Market where you can buy multiple flavours of balsamic vinegar, olive oil and sea salt, and re-fill bottles as well. I tried a bunch but the coconut balsamic was definitely the best.
I wanted to buy 43 bottles, but I was already too far over my limit to spend anymore. I bought one and it will be savoured.
The rest of my eats have revolved around veggies and seafood. The weather is warming up and I am craving all things fresh!

This weekend I have no plans besides studying and running. Which I am happy about because I have had so many busy weekends, and the next 2 weeks will be busy - so I need some downtime!
Did you get the Cookie Butter at the TJ's on the UWS? That's my block!

I haven't been buying much lately, so nothing overly delicious.
We have a bunch of plans with friends this weekend, the hubby has been gone all week so it will be awesome to have him home today!
I hear that cookie butter is crazy good.
I'm going out in my new neighborhood tonight and to a music festival tomorrow. I think it will be a fun weekend!

OMG. I just tried their Speculoos chocolate today! SO good!
Oh wow - cookie butter?! YUM!!!! I celebrated my niece's 1st birthday this weekend. It was so much fun!
