They must know us well, because they made a cheesy, baked pasta dish, with garlic bread.
And we had a perfect tossed salad on the side.

That is my version of a perfect meal right there. Pasta, bread, salad. Cannot go wrong.
Yum! That looks like the perfect kind of meal for these cold, winter-like nights! I am all about anything that is extra cheesy! Last night we had dinner at a Polish restaurant that is close to my house (and has been featured on Diners Drive-ins and Dives) and tonight we are having another couple over for dinner and a game of Balderdash. I'm making lentil enchiladas as that is a favorite dish of Phil and I so hopefully the other couple likes them!
