I tried something new this weekend.
Soft boiled eggs!
These are soooo good. I can't believe it basically took me 30 years to try these. I thought about them many times in the past, and always thought they looked so cool, but never got around to enjoying them until this weekend.
Tomorrow morning (Monday) I will wake up to the beginning of my 30s. My 20s were full of so much adventure, learning, and growing; I can only imagine what this next decade will bring.

I have never tried soft boiled eggs, but know i would love them as i love the running yolk of over easy eggs. Yum!
I can't think of any foods I want to try but haven't tried yet!
I love soft boiled eggs. i rarely have them but when my mom makes them when I'm home, I am all for them.

It took me a while to get on the soft-boiled egg wagon but now I love them!
You have such a positive outlook on getting older, one that I like to think that I share! I feel like the older I get, the better life gets, because you get smarter, more level headed, and more in the driver's seat of your life. At least that's the idea. :)
I have never had a soft boiled egg...I'm intrigued. I am going to have to read your post when I turn 30 in a few months to remind myself that it's not bad!
