Fall Baking & Birthdays

I've been baking a bit lately.  First it was pumpkin pie brownie 'cupcakes'.

Then I made some cake pops to enjoy after a special birthday dinner.

Wednesday was Chris' birthday, and since we had gone out for a couple birthday dinners on the weekend, we decided to order in.  We ordered from Viet Trung.

Yesterday my dad took me out for dinner to Red Lobster, where I had my usual - crab legs.

Now to decide what to cook this evening ...

What are you up to this weekend?

I love cake pops! The weekend is halfway done. Yesterday involved both kids having hockey practice, my daughter's ballet class, a haircut for me, a Huskie hockey game with my daughter's team, a birthday party for my son, and me fitting in a walk. Lots of running around, but a good day overall.

Oooh, cake pops! I remember when those were all the rage in blogland and I always wanted to make them, but never did. They're so damn cute! Hope you and Chris both had awesome birthdays!
