This meme has been floating around the blogosphere. I recently saw it on Lisa's Yarns, and thought it would be fun to do on my blog.
Currently ...
feeling disheartened.
reading Catching Fire (the second book in The Hunger Games series).
longing for New York, as usual.
laughing at nothing yet, but hopefully at some great Halloween costumes in a few hours.
crying when I just can't help it.
looking forward to vacations this winter. I would love one right now!
journaling never. Does blogging count?
celebrating Halloween tonight.
eating a lot of Korean food lately.
running on empty a lot of the time.
hoping to see my mom soon.
anticipating change.
planning a trip to New Orleans this winter/spring.
drinking something spicy & strong!
missing a plan.
listening to Janis Joplin.
making Kimchi Jigae.
What is your life like currently?
Feel free to tell me your "currently ..." in the comments if you wish!

I love this style of post, currently I am wondering what Sandy will bring
Currently worrying and wondering if the storm will be as bad they say. Hoping everyone stays safe and my parents are still able to visit me next weekend!
Longing for New York pretty much describes my mindset. Every minute of every day. I'm headed there for Thanksgiving...counting down the days...
Currently watching Grimm and waiting to go to work (I start 5 night shifts at 11pm tonight.)
I am glad you played along! It's a fun way to get to know more about you and where your head is at right now!
happiness and smile to you today! enjoy your book, although the 3rd one in the series is an awesome kicker.
I could use a vacay STAT too, I hear you on that. You seem a little down so I'm sending good vibes in your direction - things haven't been super awesome on this end either. I'm having a mid-20's crisis, ha ha. :) Speaking of drinking something spicy and strong, Mike came home the other day with a gigantic bottle of Krakken, so I'll join you in that boat too, ha ha. :)
Currently we are cleaning up from Hurricane Sandy - thankfully we didn't have any damage but the neighboring counties where I live are affected.
