Weekend Breakfast

The other day I did a post about workday mornings.  No matter how hard I wish, they just aren't the same as my lazy weekend mornings.

This weekend I enjoyed two fabulous breakfasts.  French toast on Saturday and quiche on Sunday.

Weekend breakfasts are also usually enjoyed around noon :-)

What are your weekend breakfasts like?

That quiche looks fantastic! When I have time to sit down for a big weekend meal I absolutely love breakfast crepes - sweet or savory!

Your quiche looks amazing. i completely agree with you, weekend breakfasts are always os much better since we have more time to prep. i usually have eggs and veggies or whole grain waffles with PB and banana.

I love weekend breakfasts at noon, and I love quiche!

Sorry I haven't commented much lately. This is just temporary! :)

Well you probably have a pretty good idea what I eat for weekend breakfasts. :) But quiche! I keep meaning to make quiche for brunch but keep forgetting! Maybe this week I'll make it happen.

Also, hope your first real teaching week is going well! I wish you tolerable (or awesome) students!

Sometimes I just skip breakfast on the weekends and go straight to lunch. I like being flexible. I also love to brunch on the weekends.

That quiche looks great!

My weekend breakfasts are very similar to my weekday breakfasts - so usually scrambled eggs with salsa. But I get to really enjoy them on the weekends instead of quickly eating them so I can get to work! that quiche looks delicious!

The quiche looks delicious!! My weekend breakfast is typically melted pb and banana on a bagel thin. I can't get enough of it!
