On the last full day of camping at Clear Lake I really wanted to visit a fantastic Italian restaurant called TR McKoys. We were at this place last year and were really impressed. I couldn't wait to go back.
I ordered a make-your-own-pizza, and put spinach, black olives, onions, and mushrooms on mine. Mmmmm. I liked how they served the pizza on giant cans of tomatoes.
I ate about half and left the other half behind at the campground for those who were staying a day or two longer than me.
This morning I was up and out of the campground around 10 am. I drove 4.5 hours home and was happy to come home to a clean house, albeit grocery-less. Tonight I am off to see 3 great local bands!

Love all of the camping pics. Have never to been to Clear Lake, but I've heard it's really nice. I've never caught a fish, either (I think fishing is boring and would rather read, and I'm sure my friends who like to fish think reading is boring).
Sorry I missed Screaming Daisies and TFO on Friday! We ended up jamming pretty late. Hope it was awesome! Have fun heading back to the grind, I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around the fact that summer vacation is over!
The pizza looks absolutely amazing!! I love camping - it's so much fun!
That pizza most of been really good. I can't gluten so I'm like super jealous you get to eat pizza.
