We also whipped up chicken, broccoli ginger noodles for Tuesday and Wednesday's lunches.
On Tuesday evening we BBQd a chicken, potatoes, and corn on the cob. Whenever we do corn on the BBQ, we always remove the husks, then butter, salt and pepper the corn before wrapping it in tin foil and putting it on the BBQ.
Then, when it's cooked, you just unwrap it, and it's ready to eat! The butter gets melty and delicious, and it tastes perfect every time.
How is your week going so far? Have you had corn on the cob lately? How do you cook it?

Yum, I need to try your corn on the cob cooking technique! I had corn on the cob 3 times last week but all three times we boiled it as we were eating indoors. Hopefully I will get one more grilled meal this summer! That bbq'd chicken looks amazing!
