This Week's Eats

We've been growing a curry plant, along with other herbs and veggies.


We used some of it last night in a tofu, vegetable curry, while we snacked on a samosa.


We ate a bunch more veggies tonight in a chicken salad.


We'll be cooking at home again tomorrow evening, then we have some fun dinners out for the rest of the week.

I think you guys should start some sort of business where you cook home meals for people. You guys just eat sooo well and make all your meals look so yummy and simple!

Mmm, those sliced radishes look so good - I love radishes!!

This has been a pretty lackluster week for eating for me. I had eggs and avocado toast on Monday and last night I made a really easy skillet meal as we were busy landscaping at Phil's house! I did harvest some cilantro last night, though, and I plan to use that in a corn and black bean salad this weekend! Besides cilantro, I am also growing rosemary, oregano, flat leaf Italian parsley and basil!
