Thursday/ Friday

L

ast night I got some much needed rest, as I was in bed by about 9:45.

Thursday's Eats ...

Breakfast:

(Toasted tomato sandwich with 1 T light mayo).

Lunch:

(Annie's Organic Mac and Cheese)

Snack - about 10 tortilla chips with dip (at work).

Dinner:

(4 slices pizza and a glass of iced tea)

This morning I woke up bright and early and my hubby had made me pancakes!!!!! What a great way to start a Friday!

(I topped 3 small pancakes with 1/2 a banana, and some syrup)

I also had OJ:

For lunch I went out with some people from work to a restaurant called Angkor. I had 2 fresh roles, and some Thai Coconut Curry Soup:

After work I went shopping for my 24, 24, 24 meal that will be taking place tomorrow!! I have spent every last cent of the $250, plus more! It is taking place tomorrow evening, so I will be cooking and preparing all day tomorrow!!! I am SO excited, but also a little nervous since I am making a lot of things that I have never cooked before. Stay tuned for the recap which will be posted on Sunday.

For dinner this evening we had Greek Pitas (stuffed with falafel, tzatziki, hummus, cucumber, tomato, goat cheese, and lettuce). I had one:

If you could do any kind of dinner party and someone else was paying for it, what would you do?

The food looks delicious!

If I had a paid dinner party, I would have lots of fruits and veggies and good, whole grains! I would want everyone leaving satisfied and full from all the yummy dishes :) Of course, ice cream would be for dessert!

I'd do Mexican for my meal. I never get enough through out the year. This year I may not get any!
