MIA

I have been MIA from the blog all week, as this is about how exciting my meals have been:

Because this has been my life lately:

You have no idea how excited I am to be leaving for NYC in one week.  Eeeeeeeeeep!
I am SO in need of a vacation.  Or three.

How has your week been?
Do you have anything exciting on the horizon?

Hooray for vacations! :) NYC is an exciting place, now that I'm old enough to enjoy it.

Oh, I'm super envious of your NYC trip! Logan and I were planning on a trip this spring, but can't afford to go anywhere far, so we're just going on a mini-vacation to Edmonton next week. It'll be tons of fun, but I've wanted to go to NYC for so long! Have a great trip!

I am glad you have a fun trip to look forward to! Helps to have something fun to help you power through when you are working on something!

I am focusing on some vacation time in July. I might end up taking 1.5 weeks off as my sister will be here and then i leave for a wedding. I haven't take that much time off from work since 2008... so it will feelo weird, but good!

I still haven't made it to NYC, but we are planning to hit Orlando in May. My kids are probably at an age where they will appreciate Disney and Universal more than they would appreciate NYC (though I'm sure many would argue this point...).

Have lots of fun! You definitely deserve a break.

I had my last class of dental school on Friday (unless things go very, very badly during finals), so while it wasn't the best week of my life, it was good to finish up classes.

The decor on the inside of the restaurant is absolutely beautiful.
*Rounds table format. They feature almost
nightly drink specials and some form of entertainment every
night of the week--DJ's, live music, trivia, you name it.

(Thank you rounds are always welcome, of course.
I believe my exact words were "I don't want to be your dirty little secret. The food is decent and the drink specials on Tuesdays include $2.
