Yellow Pitahaya
We love trying new foods. The yellow pitahaya is very similar to a dragon fruit (which is a red pitahaya), but is not as pretty, and not as flavourful.
It has a very mild, sweet flavour. The edible seeds give it a pleasing texture, similar to a kiwi.
