On Thursday evening we stopped at the local fresh fish shop, Pacific Fresh Fish, to get some steelhead trout.
We seasoned it up with some lime, chipotle seasoning, salt, pepper and parsley and then cooked it for about 20 minutes. On the side we had a tossed salad and brown rice with peas.
After dinner we went out to The Club to check out a great local band called Birch Hills. If you like heavier music, check 'em out one day! They are very talented young people.
The weekend was spent cooking and eating - more on that later.
