Looks like a fun getaway for you guys! Relaxing and reading outdoors sounds perfect to me! And all of the food you made looked awesome. Christopher does have you beat on s'mores construction but I am sure they both tasted awesome! I have not had a s'more yet this summer but will need to have one when I'm up at the lake with my brother, SIL and their kids next week! Luckily there are GF graham crackers so I can still get the whole experience (I used to just put the marshmallow between chocolate but it's better with the cracker, of course!)Lisa from Lisa's Yarnshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05335500882510597919noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3574150421803295175.post-43993321922662875302017-07-17T20:57:03.081-07:002017-07-17T20:57:03.081-07:00Awesome camping posts!

We tried to book a tent last year after reading your camping blogpost, but couldn't and then we drove to California so we didn't have time. This year we found one spot with two consecutive nights. We tried to find something for a longer time, but they were all booked!!! And this was in May!! Next year we may look outside of Alberta bc the national parks here are so BUSY!! We are so excited to experience Otentik camping. And your blog posts are so helpful for the kinds of food to pack and eat!

I love your blog, keep up the good work!!

@yeg_homecook
:)@yeg_homecooknoreply@blogger.com
