The day after a super hard weight workout, I try to do a lower-intensity cardio just to get my body moving. Kinda looks like a milkshake!<br /><br />I have only done shred a couple of times and liked it, but preferred the gym more. <br />When your muscles are sore, the best thing for me is to keep moving- light walking, elliptical, etc. so that you don't get too stiff sitting.
