I had never heard of kitchari until I saw a recipe for Gingery Red Lentil and Quinoa Kitchari on a blog. It looked so good and was full of wholesome ingredients. I bookmarked it in my must-make list, and yesterday was the day!
I served it with a spinach salad and it made a perfect dinner.

I have never heard of kitchari either, but it sounds interesting and looks delicious. Plus, I am a huge fan of quinoa!

Last night for dinner I used Pioneer Woman's sloppy joe recipe (with a few changes) -- it was delicious!

That looks delicious! The best recipe I have found is this beef in pomegranate sauce from a GF blog I read. It is TO DIE FOR. and so easy to make!

It looks delicious! I always get recipes from blogs or I decide to wing it and make something up myself. I am a huge fan of Jessica @howsweeteats. She is amazing!

Yum! This looks so good and I love that it has a flair on Indian with lentils and garam masala. I really love Mama Pea's recipes.
